" Trish made an Indiana Jones themed birthday cake for my partners 30th birthday and WOW, what can I say, we were absolutely stunned at the creativity this amazing woman possesses, its enough to make one green with envy! The intricate detail on the cake and the time spent creating it was worth every penny! My partner had a tear in his eye when the cake was revealed and the feedback from the guests about the design of the cake was incredible. We were devastated we had to cut into it to eat it! The cake itself was a chocolate mudcake with Belgian chocolate buttercream with a splash of Grand Marnier! I would highly recommend it, it was simply to die for and I have never heard such a great reaction to a cake as I did this one. The cost of the cake was certainly not comparable to the end product. When I initially booked a consultation with Trish which I would like to add was very easy and flexible, I didn't really have many ideas about what I wanted the cake to look like but after 5 minutes with her we had plenty of ideas!!! I have only good things to say about Trish and the whole experience has made me incredibly biased towards her but I think the photos on her website speak for themselves!! Prior to having my cake made, my mother had a cake made for my brothers birthday last week which was equally as amazing. I will most definitely be using her again for other occasions and I will be recommending her service to everyone! Thank you so much again."

"Thank you again for my Mother-in-Law's Birthday Cake. She was really touched by the decoration, the holy bible being her main talking point but most of all we all were amazed by the taste of the cake itself! I had personally never eaten a sponge cake of that quality and lets not forget the icing which was also amazing. My only regret is that I didn't order a bigger one!"

" Trish made the most fantastic cake for me. My son was 21 and Graduated in the same week. We were having a large party but I didn't want 2 cakes. Trish was amazing with her thoughts and suggestions on how to combine both occassions. I couldn't decide between 2 designs so left it up to her. Wow, was my reaction, plus all the other people that saw the cake. My son didn't want us to cut the the cake.The picture on the website doesn't do it justice. I cant wait for my daughters 21st next year, have already seen the design for her cake. No doubt Trish will have loads of other fab designs to show me. Two of my friends have had cakes from Trish and they have been delighted with them. If you want a bespoke cake go to Trish, you will blown away by her designs and professionalism."

" Trish has made a couple of cakes for us, one was for my husbands 40th birthday, this was in the design of a 'Welsh' rugby shirt and it was fabulous! She also made our fabulous wedding cake in the same design and colours of my wedding dress and consulted with us both about the size and shape we wanted, also making two great characters' of myself and my husband. Everyone commented on how brilliant and true to life they were! My daughter has coeliac disease and so the ingredients had to be gluten-free, she made sure that all the preparation and making of the cake was carefully handled so that it would be free from contamination. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trish to make make anyone's cake to a very high standard and at a very good cost! "

" I have only good things to say about Trish and her cakes. She made me a wonderful fruit cake at short notice for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Party. I had a chat with her about what I required and I found her very helpful and friendly. Although I had some idea of what I wanted the finished cake was 100% better than I imagined. My parents were thrilled with it and my Mum took all the roses off to keep as a momento of the occasion. The cake itself tasted lovely, very moist and fruity. I would have no problem recommending her services to anyone else, or using her again in the future."

" My wife and I asked Trish to resurrect the bottom tier of our wedding cake by replacing the icing and marzipan for the Baptism of our two children. We were unsure as to whether it would be a success and we gave her the cake without any great expectations. Trish did a superb job. Her work was flawless in both presentation and taste. Her imagination for the decoration was brilliant; we gave her a basic idea and she produced a design far better than we could have thought of ourselves. In discussing our needs we found Trish to be warm and friendly and it was a pleasure to make use of her services. We were incredibly impressed with her hard work and professionalism. Even more impressive was the modest fee which she charged for her services. The cake was so beautiful that it became the centre-piece of our party. A truly excellent result!"

" Trish delivered a masterpiece! So good was the cake in the likeness of a Marmite jar that our three year old was upset that we weren't actually having cake! The chocolate sponge was light and delicious which made the whole thing not only great to look at, a real talking point, but also fantastic to eat!"

"I just want to let you all into a little secret.......Trish produced the best cake I could have ever wished for, it was for my brother's 40th birthday in July this year 09. I gave her a quick brief of his hobbies and left the rest to her, I was truly delighted when I collected it, as was my brother and all who saw it. We were loathed to cut into the master piece, but lots of photographs later the knife was sunk, and yes you guessed, it was yummy yummy yummy! What more can I say other than we will be back for our next cake soon, so if you are thinking about it don't just think, do it and you won't be disappointed!" A very happy customer.
